This event is a joint collaboration between the shopping districts of Taito, Arakawa, and Adachi wards, held at the Asakusa International Street venue. The festival features a diverse mix of entertainment, including revue shows, traditional Japanese dances, popular music performances, and hula dancing. Visitors can enjoy a traditional market atmosphere alongside various activities such as fortune telling and a shopping district quiz rally. The event offers hands-on workshops where participants can make cream soda candles, create floral arrangements shaped like perfume bottles, craft retro trinket boxes using stickers, try a cocktail shaker experience, and learn traditional Japanese knot-tying (mizuhiki). A stamp rally is available throughout the entire event period to encourage exploration of the area.
