The festival is organized in collaboration with the Toshima Ward and the TOSHIMA STREET FES Organizing Committee. It showcases a diverse range of street cultures including music, dance, art, urban sports, and food. The event features the Global Ring Theater at Ikebukuro West Exit Park which presents content representing the street culture of the West Exit area. Activities include BREAK ST, VINYL ELEMENT, LYRICIST LOUNGE, DUAL, UNIVERSOUL, and a cross-sports park. The Higashi-guchi (East Exit) area features No-Jyu Yokochō, a food stall area, while the Nishi-guchi (West Exit) area hosts the collaborative art project and food trucks. The festival aims to provide a multifaceted experience for attendees to enjoy various aspects of urban culture in a single location.
