Eventory (“the App”) is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information, events, or content displayed within the App.
User Responsibility for Verification
IMPORTANT: All event information must be independently verified.
Users are solely responsible for confirming:
- Event dates, times, and locations
- Ticket availability and pricing
- Venue details and accessibility
- Event cancellations or changes
- Any other event-related information
We strongly recommend contacting event organizers, venues, or official sources directly before making any commitments, purchases, or travel arrangements.
Limitation of Liability
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- You use the App entirely at your own risk
- We are not responsible for any losses, expenses, or inconvenience caused by inaccurate or outdated information
- Event information may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee updates
Third-Party Information
Event information may be sourced from third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or reliability.
Event Images
Event images shown in the App and on eventory.one, such as flyers, posters, timetables, maps and photos, come from the events’ organizers, mostly from their flyers and websites. All rights in these images remain with their owners. We show them only to help people discover events.
- Images may be outdated or inaccurate, and do not replace the organizer’s official information
- To the extent permitted by Japanese law, we accept no responsibility for the content of these images
If an image is wrong, or it is yours and you want it removed, please let us know by email, with the Report button on the event in the App, or with the Feedback form in the App’s About section. In an email, please include the address of the event page, which image it is and what is wrong with it. We will review the request and remove the image where appropriate.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
