It features a collaboration between the association and Miyamoto Unosuke Shoten, a company established in 1861 known for making portable shrines and drums. The festival explores the intersection of tradition and modernity through an exhibition of 13 artists' works at What Cafe, alongside the traditional items from the partner company. Activities include the "Ontakkyu" collaborative installation, a shop selling traditional crafts from across Japan, and a food market offering meals and sweets. Entertainment includes a music live event on the floating space T-LOTUS M featuring artists like Ishino Takkyuu and Kan Sano, as well as a rickshaw experience viewing art installations in the Minamizuwu area.
