The Ashiba Festival is held at two venues in Koenji. At the North Exit Square, a stage features Okinawan folk songs, Eisa, and Ryukyu dance, alongside food stalls serving Okinawan cuisine, Orion beer, and shops selling Okinawan goods. At the South Exit Koenji Pal Shopping Street, Eisa groups from the Kanto region perform a Michijune parade. An area is provided for the audience to join in the dancing.
