Details
Yamanaka Sake Brewery, established in 1867 and reopened in 2023, is located in Ueda, Nagano. The brewery specializes in small-batch sake production to highlight the flavor of the rice. The event includes a banquet where guests can taste six different types of sake from the brewery, served alongside a soba (buckwheat noodle) course meal.
Two up-and-coming rakugo performers will be present:
* Katsura Sasamaru: A Shodo (rank) and tourism ambassador for Choshi, known for blending traditional rakugo with modern music.
* Sanyutei Hanakage: A Shodo nicknamed the "Rakugo Cyborg" and a prize winner in 2024.
Following the rakugo performance, a convivial gathering will take place with the performers and guests.
