This long-standing tradition, now in its 66th year, is organized by the Tokyo Retail Sake Association and the Tokyo Sake Cooperative Association. Participants can taste a wide variety of sake from across the country, experiencing the unique taste, aroma, and individuality of each region. The event includes an educational component where attendees can learn to identify different sake types. Entry is restricted to those aged 20 and above due to the consumption of alcohol. The venue prohibits arrival by car, motorcycle, or bicycle; public transportation is required. Payment is accepted in cash only. A souvenir is included in the fee. Advance registration is mandatory as capacity is limited per session.
