The event showcases a curated selection of featured sakes for tasting, representing a depth and lingering finish not found in ordinary aged sake. Partners include Honda Shoten, Shimoetsu Shuzou, Shiroki Kojo Shoten, Nanote Shuzuten, Tamano Hikari Shuzou, Ichinokura, Inami Shuzou, Kinoshita Shuzou, Iwase Shuzou, Sakai Shuzou, Okunomatsu Shuzou, Kikino Old Vintage Salone, Aichiya, and the Long-Term Aged Sake Research Association. The event also features booths from Team Sugawara and Ogawa, though the latter is scheduled and may be absent due to unforeseen circumstances.
