The event gathers over 42 breweries from 16 prefectures nationwide, offering a comprehensive experience for both beginners and connoisseurs. A unique feature is the "Countdown Ticket" system, allowing attendees to start a 2-hour unlimited tasting session at any time during the event. Booths marked "easy to drink" are available to help newcomers explore the depth of sake. Visitors can also purchase the showcased ginjo sake directly from the brewers.
