Schedule
The event is structured into four staggered sessions to ensure a complete change of audience for each session. Registration begins 20 minutes prior to the start of each session. Voting ballots are distributed at the reception desk on the day of the event. Participants select their top three favorite artisans to cast their vote. Information sheets describing the flavors and unique characteristics of each gelato are provided to assist in the voting process. Last year, the voting participation rate was exceptionally high, with nearly all attendees participating.
