Summary
Experience the rich autumn flavors of Shintotsukawa Town at the Shintotsukawa Delicacy Festival, featuring local rice, handmade soba, and special mushroom soup.

Highlights
• Tasting of "Yumepirika" rice, a local pride from Shintotsukawa Town.
• Freshly milled, kneaded, and boiled soba noodles prepared on-site.
• Special mushroom soup cooked in a giant pot using beech mushrooms (Bunashimeji) from Totsukawa Village, Nara Prefecture.
• Fun lottery to win a full bag of freshly harvested new rice.
