The Vietnam Banh Mi Festival is organized by the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Japan, Rhino Connect Co., Ltd., the Vietnam Traditional Arts and Culture Association in Japan, and iiMedia. The event aims to deepen cultural exchange between Japan and Vietnam through food and immersive experiences. Approximately 30 booths will offer a variety of Vietnamese dishes, including Banh Mi and Pho. Visitors can enjoy Vietnamese coffee known for its rich flavor and sweet notes. Cultural experiences include making traditional lanterns, painting designs on Non La (conical hats), creating To He (traditional toys), and Dong Ho woodblock printing. A stage program features talk shows, musical performances, and dance shows, with cultural exchange performances between Vietnam and Japan. The festival also includes a stamp rally where participants can collect stamps and win prizes. Vietnamese goods and crafts will be available for purchase. The event is officially recognized by the Vietnamese Embassy and aims to connect the Vietnamese community in Japan with the local population while showcasing the charm of Vietnam through all five senses.
