This event takes place at the Miyazawa Kenji Children's Village (also referred to as Folklore Village or Dowa Village). The core concept involves a fusion of the village's natural setting with illuminated objects to express the world of Kenji Miyazawa's literary creations. While the light-up officially begins at sunset, the installations are permanently displayed throughout the entire event period. This allows visitors to experience a distinct ambiance during the daytime as well as at night. The event typically runs from July to October.
