Details
The event is organized by Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. to contribute to the local community and promote the brand. The venue is split into two areas: the headquarters/sake brewery museum and the product factory. At the museum side, visitors can enjoy the cocktail demonstration and sales, factory tours, and the vegetable market. The product factory side offers the paid sake tasting, food stalls, and stage performances by brewery employees, including sake-making songs and juggling shows. A covered eating and drinking area ensures comfort even in rainy weather. The paid tasting includes six types of sake, wine, beer, liqueurs, and non-alcoholic beverages. The lawn area is restricted to children and families, where alcohol consumption is prohibited. For those unable to attend, a "Hakutsuru Smile Box" lucky box is available for purchase online.
