The event showcases the natural beauty of Yahiko Park, where the maple valley is illuminated to create a fantastical atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy the 'Inverted Autumn Leaves,' a stunning visual phenomenon that led to the site's heritage registration in 2023. The illumination includes Yahiko Shrine, Yahiko Park, and the Momiji Valley. A 2-minute walk from the park leads to the former government building site, home to a massive Ginkgo tree. The night lighting transforms the fallen leaves into a golden carpet. During the event period, a stamp rally is held at three locations: Yahiko Park, Momiji Garden in Nagaoka City, and Shouun Sansou in Kashiwazaki City. Collecting stamps at these sites allows participants to enter a lottery to win local specialty products. Public transportation is recommended due to expected congestion.
