Details
The event combines a cultural district with a bustling shopping street to create a single experience. Participants can join a free mystery-solving program starting at the National Museum of Western Art and walking to Ameya Yokocho. A mysterious cat accompanies the group while participants solve trivia related to the art. Free mystery booklets are available at designated points, and registration requires a smartphone and the LINE app. The estimated time for the tour is approximately one hour. Two stores in Ameya Yokocho host free art exhibitions: Ueno Yugi Club displays photography by Hideyuki Sakuma, and Coffee by Jalana features graffiti art by Kirakuni Tanoshimou. Correctly answering all questions in the mystery booklet or attending the exhibitions may result in receiving an original event-themed gift, such as a T-shirt, tote bag, or keychain.
