The event is produced by Yuji Kishino of Studist and features a variety of singers, musicians, local dancers, and performing arts groups. The program is named after the "Odori Gyoretsu-zu" painting by Katsushika Hokusai. Performers include Akko Gorilla, Ito Seiko, Umemoto Haruka, Edo Shotenkai Dairoku-ku Rokuban, Kikukawa Hinako, Kiyono Akiko, Kommei Ichijome Machikai, Jyojishi, Sato Keisuke, Sato Junko, Sawada Ai, Shibata Satoshi, Jinta Ramuta, Takamaru Shikan, Chinpantei Garakushijo, Nyanto Ko, Fujinami Juryu, Fureai Terakoya Band, Maki Kamigami, Matsumoto Rie, Miyasaka Ami, Folk Music Unit Coderan, Yasuda Chiharu, Yanagihara Yoichiro, Yamakoya Saichi, and others. The event offers a space for everyone to enjoy, whether young or old, with family or alone. Participants can join the circle of dance with familiar songs or simply enjoy moving their body. The "Min'yo Okuni Gyoretsu" presented by the Japan Min'yo Association showcases Bon Odori dances from various regions of Japan rarely seen in Tokyo.
