The festival takes place over two days at Kinshicho Park, transforming the area into a musical experience with stages in parks, commercial facilities, and streets. The event features a diverse selection of craft beers from local Sumida breweries and national brands. Food offerings include game meats from Kyushu, seafood and meat dishes from the Tohoku region, and various local Sumida flavors ranging from savory dishes to sweets. A special music stage allows attendees to enjoy live performances while eating and drinking nearby. The "Sumida Department" project brings together charming local businesses, crafts, and hidden gems for visitors to discover. The event includes a participatory activity called "CUPS" where participants move everyday cups in time with the music, requiring no prior experience. Approximately 35 food and drink vendors, including 14 breweries, will be present. The festival aims to create a space where music, food, and the unique charm of Sumida blend together, offering a unique opportunity to rediscover the appeal of the city.
