This event offers a comprehensive urban cultural experience that goes beyond a traditional music festival. The venue, Haneda Innovation City x Zepp Haneda, is divided into six specific areas. The main live stage is located at Zepp Haneda. Visitors can explore the Monsoon Street Market, which showcases food and culture from various Asian countries. An Immersive Gallery provides engaging interactive experiences. A Dance Area is designed for a vibrant nightlife atmosphere. The Sky Lounge offers views of the runway. Additionally, a Fashion Runway displays Asian sensibilities and creative spirit. The event aims to create a hub for the latest Asian culture, leveraging the location near the international airport to disseminate new trends globally. The concept is based on "It Comes From The East," emphasizing that there are no borders when the storm comes from the East.

- Cosmos People: A three-member Taiwanese rock band formed in 2004, winners of the Best Band Award at the 2023 Golden Melody Awards, known for powerful beats and refreshing melodies.
- Lilium: An artist blending traditional Taiwanese music styles with the Taiwanese language, winner of the Best Taiwanese Language Album Award at the 2022 Golden Melody Awards.
- Ma Nien-hsien: A multi-talented musician and actor known for incorporating funk, soul, and R&B into his music with a humorous stage presence.
- I'mdifficult: An experimental pop band formed in 2018 in Taipei, known for their international tours and sold-out concerts.
