Known as the Kenka Matsuri, this event is a fighting festival famous for its splendid decorations and large crowds. The festival features fourteen elaborately decorated floats moving through the narrow town center. The atmosphere is defined by intense parades that take place during the night. On the second day, a procession of the portable shrine (mikoshi) is a key attraction. The third day features the return of the portable shrine and the dance return, where young dancers (buyaki) perform, making it a particularly noteworthy sight for visitors.
