This event brings together renowned bakeries from various regions to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Bread Festival. The festival, previously held in Yokohama, has welcomed over 1.78 million visitors since 2016. This year, it partners with the Hachioji Minna no Autumn Marche to enliven the Tama Minami-Ozawa area. The lineup includes trendy bagel shops, salt bread specialists, and unique specialty items. Notable participants include MUUN Seoul (Korean bakery), Panya Mutsukado (Fukuoka) known for mentaiko bread, Petite Coan (Shizuoka) for scones, and Komorebi Table (Tochigi) which won the Bread Festival Award 2025. Other featured shops include Kitakitsune no Shippo (Hokkaido), HAPPyHAPPy Melonpan (Saitama), Tokyo Begel Beguri, Boulangerie Atsushi, Hongou Bakery, Yake Dake Bread Corner Pocket, NANA-Canel'e, Between Bagel (Shiga), ANDE (Kyoto), Takumi, and Awaji Island Shio Pan Specialty Shio-ki. The event offers a wide variety of delicious breads from across Japan, ranging from established favorites to trendy newcomers.
