The event is organized by NPO法人 Otoke Pre-Mama Party (Otoke Pre-Mama Party). Reservations are required. One ticket covers one parent-child pair. Additional tickets for adults (e.g., fathers, grandparents) are 500 yen per person, and additional children are free. The early bird discount is available until two days before the event. The program and instruments may vary depending on the venue. Video and photo taking are permitted. Customers are responsible for parking fees if using nearby coin parking. Credit cards, transportation IC cards, and PayPay are accepted for payment on the day; cash is not accepted. Cancellations received by October 25th at 23:59 are eligible for a refund, or a refund is provided if a weather alert is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency on the day of the event.
