Details
Participants cook their own meals on grills provided at their seats. The event features three specific local specialties: Ayu (sweetfish), Shirokoro Hormone (a type of pork dish), and Tonzuke (pickled pork), the latter recognized as a "100-year food" by the Agency for Cultural Affairs. Pre-registration with a specific time slot is mandatory; walk-in participation is not allowed. Each session accommodates approximately 200 people. Food trucks will be present on the day of the event, allowing attendees to purchase light meals and drinks. These options are available for both registered participants and non-participants.
