Details
Kuma Sake is a rice shochu produced in the Hitoyoshi-Kuma region of Kumamoto Prefecture. This event offers a unique opportunity to taste shochu from all existing Kuma Sake breweries. The festival features a cocktail booth where bartenders create drinks using gin and liqueurs produced by local breweries. Representatives from the Kuma Sake breweries will be present to interact with attendees. Twenty food vendors will offer a variety of options ranging from traditional Hitoyoshi-Kuma region dishes to trendy cafes. Admission is free, though all-you-can-drink tickets are available in three plans: Light Plan for 1500 yen, Standard Plan for 2500 yen, and Rich Plan for 3500 yen. The event is part of a social experiment regarding park utilization in Hitoyoshi City.
