Hosted by Sapporo Breweries Co., Ltd. at Ebisu Garden Place, this event explores the synergy between food and YEBISU beer. The preliminary stage selected 14 restaurants from the "Excellent YEBISU Restaurants" list. Four finalists advanced: Umae Ebisu (Japanese Sake and Horse Meat Cuisine), Shoushigaya Branch of Shoushu-ya Gokugenryu, Asian Takuma, and Tori Yosi Nakameguro Main Store. These venues will present signature pairings during the final stage. A separate "Ebisu Famous Restaurants Stage" features food trucks from high-performing restaurants from the March pairing competition. The event emphasizes the expanded enjoyment of beer through food and social experiences.
