The Yamato Mirai Festival is a joint event organized by seven cultural facilities in Yamato City, including the Cultural Creation Hub Sirius, Tsukimino Learning Center, Citizen Exchange Hub Polaris, Chuohimikawa Library, Sakuragaoka Learning Center, Shibuya Learning Center, and Shibuya Library. The festival aims to foster connections with local residents through fun, participatory events held in various locations. This year, the festival specifically commemorates the 10th anniversary of the opening of Sirius, which began on November 3, 2016. As a token of gratitude, the event character of Yamato City, Yamaton, along with mascot characters from three railway companies and two artists connected to the region, will perform in a bright and enjoyable concert. Some events require advance registration, so participants are advised to check details early.
