The event centers on a Halloween party with monsters, where cute and colorful characters in costumes with monster-like elements appear. The live show includes performances with glowing sticks and dance segments where guests can join in. The show features the monster "Jack O' Happens," voiced by Kimura Subaru, and special guest "LABUBU." Songs are created by the music unit "FAKE TYPE," and dances are choreographed by Harris. Prior to the live show, a DJ show is held. The boat ride attraction is temporarily transformed into a horror version with supervision from "Obaken." Numerous attractions, photo spots, and special offerings are available throughout the park to create a unique autumn experience.
