This event is the fourth edition of the Norway Seafood Festival, held at the Sky Arena on the 4th floor of Tokyo Solamachi. The festival aims to allow visitors to learn about, enjoy, and savor high-quality seafood raised in the cold, clear waters of Norway. The seafood is characterized by its firm texture and rich flavor derived from high-quality fat. Salmon is farmed under strict safety standards and delivered fresh without freezing. Natural mackerel and herring are caught at their peak of fatty richness. The event features a variety of dishes such as herring skewers, salmon and herring bowls, mackerel paella, mackerel cutlets, salmon steak, and salmon ramen. A total of 5,200 servings of the free distribution items will be available over the three days of the event.
