Details
The event offers a wide variety of miscellaneous goods, including secondhand items and handmade crafts. Admission is free for attendees. Vendors must pay a fee in cash on the day of the event; booth fees are approximately ¥2,500 to ¥3,000 per 2m x 2m space depending on the season or source version. Entry begins at 8:00 AM with final removal time around 17:00 (5:00 PM). The venue does not follow standard park regulations regarding tents and parasols due to strong winds, nor is alcohol permitted inside. Sales of food, drinks, pet food, imitations, pirated goods, or copyright-infringing items are strictly prohibited. Only designated performers may perform balloon art, and live streaming by vendors is banned.
