The Circulation Festival is a reuse event originating in Kyoto designed to expand the circulation of used clothing with the Z generation. In collaboration with RELEASE⇔CATCH, a ¥0 Market allows attendees to take home up to three favorite items from collected used clothing for free. The festival features a circular market, a food market, workshops, exhibitions, and stage events that bring reuse and recycling closer to everyday life. Participants can engage in the cycle through buying, selling, receiving, learning, and enjoying. The event aims to demonstrate how discarded items can become cherished possessions for others, continuing the cycle of reuse.
