The event is a citizen-participatory festival held over two days in 2026. It is the 5th iteration since its inception in 2022 and is the largest of its kind in Kobe. The venue is divided into three distinct areas. The Sannomiya Chuo-dori area features "THE EATS & ARTS" with food trucks, art exhibitions, and interactive experiences. The Kyomachin area hosts "THE FIELD (After Expo Hyogo Legacy Festival)", offering cultural and industrial exhibits. The Shinminatsu Tsutsumi Rinpo Line area presents "THE SPORTS & SHOW" with sports activities and stage events. The festival promotes the attractions of Kobe and Hyogo through various content including live stages and special cruise programs. It aims to re-emphasize the appeal of the "Hyogo Five Prefectures" one year after the closing of the Osaka-Kansai Expo in 2025. Maruyama Komiya Co., Ltd. and the "Kato City Mochi Mugi Utilization Council" are among the participants exhibiting in the Kyomachin area. The event connects the city to the sea, offering new attractions for the future.
