The event brings together tea gardens, specialty shops, and importers from across Japan, including regions such as Sagami, Shizuoka, Ibaraki, Kagoshima, China, Taiwan, and India. Visitors can enjoy tastings of carefully selected teas and engage in conversations to deepen their knowledge of tea culture. The festival offers an excellent opportunity to discover favorite teas from a diverse selection of vendors. Participating booths include Shin'i Garden, Ikeda Tea Garden, Ikenoya Garden, Ishiyama Tea Manufacturing, Pure Tips, Daiko Yugi Cha, Organic Pu-erh, Okutomi Garden, Matsuzawa Garden, Kattoku Cha Agricultural Cooperative, Kagoshima Horikuchi Tea, GOOD TIMING TEA, Kougyo Myucha, Sakamoto Garden, Sakanoya Ishitsuki Garden, Santa Maria Tea, Shizuoka Mountainous Region 100 Famous Teas Council, Shimizu Garden, JAZZ & TEA, Kokushi, Shinko Jun, Yamamori Tea, Takagi Tea Garden, Tanaka Tea Garden, Cha Kai Do, dea Roselle, Tea house Sima, Teapick, Higashi-fu Yokota Garden, Sorasawashi Tea Association, Uzumakiya Japanese Tea Specialty Store, Bizenya, Ichibicha Store, Maruhi Tea, South Indian Black Tea Vine & Shrub, Mellow Chai, Montron Tea Room, Yamatou Kuriharaen, RAVE ESTATE, L'Essentiel Tea, Wadaen, Wanderlinks, and others. The event is organized by Kawagoe Media House in collaboration with KADOKAWA, with support from Itoen, SoftBank, OTsuka Pharmaceutical, Palsystem Saitama Consumer Cooperative, Seabon, NPO Japan Tea Instructor Association, Japan Tea Association, Kooga, and Tokorozawa City. Admission to the venue is free, though a ticket is required to participate in the tasting rally. Tickets are available in advance or on the day, with options for single-day, multi-day, or all-day passes. Some booths may be available only on specific days, and the list of participating stores is tentative. Tasting samples are provided in small portions, and attendees may bring their own cups. The reception area may be crowded, and entry might be restricted due to venue conditions. Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase. Payment for tickets is accepted via cashless methods only at the venue.
