Summary
A solo exhibition by Masato Kawai capturing the nights of Kyoto.

The exhibition showcases the "Genkei" project, a six-year photographic exploration of the nights around the Shijo-dori Bridge in Kyoto. It presents images through various mediums including inkjet prints, collotypes, lithographs, and video. The work captures the joy and sorrow of people in the bustling city as well as the atmosphere of the night. The event is presented at the Kyoto Museum of Photography Gallery Japanesque.
