The festival is part of a continuous series of autumn events held in the Yuki region from September 6 to October 15. The specific event at Izari Shinden Hachiman Shrine takes place on October 14 and 15. On October 14, the day begins with a procession of portable shrines (daikozosha), followed by a main procession, a lion dance, and fireworks starting around 7:30 PM. The following day, October 15, is the main festival day where the Danjiri floats are displayed for decoration but are not pulled in a procession. The event encompasses various areas including Nishi no Chi, Kiki, Nishi Yuki, and the Izari area.
