This special event features the direct bottling of the most delicious sake, carefully aged from spring production to reach its peak flavor in autumn. The master brewer, Toji Tsujimoto, personally selects the tank with the richest and most exceptional flavor for this exclusive offering. The sake is bottled directly on the day of the event, ensuring a unique experience where the matured autumn flavors are enjoyed straight from the tank. This special bottle is available only for tasting on-site at the brewery. Please note that participation is restricted to individuals who are 20 years of age or older.
