Details
The event is organized by four students from Josai University. It aims to create a new Halloween culture unique to the current generation, rather than simply reviving the previous "Kawハロ" (Kawasaki Halloween) event which ended in 2019.
The main activity is a Halloween fashion show called "Gin-Harocollection 2026" held on Kawasaki Ginryu Street. Approximately 30 meters of the arcade serves as the runway. Anyone from children to adults can participate with family, friends, or alone to showcase their best costume.
A viewing area allows spectators to cheer on participants and admire diverse costumes. A costume makeup experience booth, cooperating with students from a beauty school, offers face painting and body painting. This event revitalizes Halloween in Kawasaki by focusing on participation and individuality.
