Details
The Nagasaki History and Culture Museum hosts this exhibition as part of the "Cultural Heritage Future Inheritance Project" (officially known as the Tsuzuri Project). This collaborative initiative is jointly undertaken by Canon Inc. and the Non-Profit Organization Kyoto Cultural Association. The project aims to widely convey the charm of cultural properties by faithfully reproducing them using cutting-edge digital imaging technology and the skills of traditional crafts from Kyoto. The exhibition allows visitors to experience up close the beauty of masterpieces from Japanese art history, including National Treasures and Important Cultural Properties that typically have limited viewing opportunities or are preserved in overseas collections. The event showcases the fusion of modern technology and traditional artistry to share the significance of these cultural treasures with a broader audience.
