Art Para Fukagawa Chatty Arts Festival 2026 is a community arts festival connecting people and the city through works by artists with disabilities.

Highlights

Approximately 200 artworks displayed throughout the Toyosu neighborhood.
Open exhibition space in the 1st-floor gallery of the Toyosu Civic Center.
Reproductions of past award-winning entries from national public art competitions exhibited at various locations including Toyosu Park, Harumi Bridge Park, Shibaura Institute of Technology, Ciel Tower Toyosu, and Toyosu Senkyaku Manrai.
"Heart Project" featuring heart-shaped paper for visitors to draw on, live painting demonstrations by artists with disabilities, and a pen-and-ink art battle synchronized to music.
"Everyone's Marche" market selling official merchandise, artist-related goods, and products from welfare facilities.
Art Para Treasure Hunt allowing participants to explore artworks by scanning QR codes on their LINE app to collect stamps.
